Velo Park Cyclocross Series

As we get closer to fall and those lovely crisp mornings thoughts turn to CROSS. With this in mind LOOK! Save a Life and Eastside Cycles are working on bringing you more CROSS. The plan is to have 2 week-ends one in October the 15th and 16th, one in November the 12th and 13th and the season finale being the Kringle Cross on the 18th of December. As we finalize all the details we will add to this but mark your calendar for more CROSS fun at the Velo Park.

Get your Cross on and we will see you in the mud.

Kringle Cross 2011

Look for the 3rd installment of the Kringle Cross on the 18th of December this year. We are still working on the particulars but should be a fun time again and we will once again be a donation/drop off spot for the Salvation Army.

Kringle Cross 2010 Presented by Reed Cycles - Results

Thanks you to everyone that came out and helped to make this race so much fun to organize from the volunteers and participants to the sponsors and spectators it was a truly wonder day. Wanted to give everyone a quick update as well, thanks to everyone's generosity 106 toys were donated to The Salvation Army, and $120 was raised for Sarma Pavlis. I said it last year and I will say it again the cycling community is a truly great group of people to come out and stand in the snow and ice and cheer for everyone all day long. Results will be posted at www.catapult3.com/solutions/kringle_cross_results_2010.pdf and if I can figure out how to put them up on the results page here at Idahocyclocross.com I will do that as well. Thank you again and hope to see some of you over in Bend.

Thanks, Brian Price

Kringle Cross 2010 Presented by Reed Cycles at the Velo Park December 4th

It is almost that time of year again when we think about putting the bikes away, probably not, and getting out the skis ,bring on the snow, but not before we need to all get out our elf costumes and come and have some fun at the Velo Park. We will be a toy collection point for the Salvation Army so come out and have some fun at the only cross race at the Velo Park, help put a smile on a childs face and get that last tune up race before heading over to Bend for the CX National Championships. For more information go to www.catapult3.com/solutions/kringle_cross_2010.pdf

We will again have soup from Willowcreek Grill and hot beverages from Big City Coffee - Linen District (working on getting an adult beverages as well) that we will be serving up through out the day. All food and beverages will be free but we will be accepting donations which will go to Sarma Pavlis.
