Could be. All I know is that I am still recooping. I really must have bruised the muscles around the knee. Just now getting back on the bike. Upgrade? No more sandbagging #1. Perfect timing since Nats will probably be in the NW. HaHa.

Donation to Velo Park

Broken Spoke Cycling will be making a $720.00 cash donation to the Velo Park following the fundraiser CX event. Thanks to all the racers who helped put on this event, it's amazing what can happen in a short amount of time with a few volunteers.
