I just wanted to put my two cents in- If you wish you were at Gloucester, MA at the North American Worlds this weekend, or you'd rather race in Belgium than around Eagle Island or Camelsback Park.....If you really love the grand event that is a full day spent racing, cheering and partying at an evening awards/cyclocross film festival with beer and pizza.....then www.moosecross.com is your race! It's Oct. 17/18th.

Yes, I've read that Eagle Island stacked their date (at a late date) on top of this cyclocross festival- but i for one am ditching any local points earned in Boise and heading for this once in a lifetime (season anyway) chance to be at a main event cyclocross festival, race both days, spend quality time all evening at a historic movie house watching cross videos from the days races and a cross movie premier....

Oh, and they're offering host camping, housing, etc. for out of towners. I hear those skier, mt. biker, teton living Idahoans are pretty gracious hosts. So....I'm already signed up!

Just an fyi.....If you're cross crazed, more for the sport, the culture, the whole experience (and not just riding around orange cones in a park)....like me, i'll see you there.
