I can not find the race times for the Velo Park race on the website. Can someone confirm the times and post them? Thanks!

Hey All,
The site has the times right below the sponsor information. You prob. just couldn't get past that large physio logo Ron. :)

First race is 10.30
-cat 4 men, 3/4 women, master 45+ and 55+
Second race is 11:30
-cat 1/2, 3 men, 1/2 women, master 35+
Third race is 12:45
-juniors and first timers

I should've made it out to help construct it... but the times did not work. So is there any secret to finding and pre-riding the course over there? Is the course one-way and if not which way will the race run?

I see a map linked off the velo park site. Is it correct?

Velo Park Race course for this Saturday, Oct 10th

What you have there is the map of the trail that we cut in.

Here is the course I plan on using for this Saturday...I do reserve the right to modify as I see fit!!

Saturday will be in an overall clockwise direction, Sunday will be reversed with changes....thx Alex

Pre-ride Velo Park

Anyone planning on going out this week to ride around the course? I need to shake the mount/dismount bugs out prior to the race on Saturday.

Man have you guys got it RIGHT!! What a challenging and fun course. I am both thrilled to see the #'s of racers and spectators. What a super venue for Boise Cyclocross. Broken Spokes did an awesome job (Jared/Alex) and anyone else. Thank you for your efforts.

what a great day and event, the atmosphere was tremendous. Thank you to all of the families and friends, and racers that came out, hung around and raced hard. I mirror the sentiment that the velopark is an incredible facility. I wanted to say thanks to whomever was out there over the last couple weeks cutting trail and putting in those beautiful tributes to all that is just and right in the world...and thanks to the crew that was out there last night and this morning putting everything together...From the Eagle Island series to the SICS series we are very lucky. Truly enjoyed it!

Thanks for the great race!! I asked Alex if he was going to race and he said he got his workout early by pushing his mower up the side of the velodrome berm where we came up/down the slope... tough work! Nice job to the whole crew. Great race.

I turfed it -- TWICE! But it was fun, and I'm glad I was able to get out there today. Those steps were cool. Great job!

Hey Alex,

Wanted to first echo the sentiments of the others by saying thank you for a great course and following that up with awesome organization. I was also wondering where the results will be posted once you have them compiled. Will it be here or on your blog post? Thanks again. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

FYI... we plan to keep the "results" link up-to-date on this site once there's a copy floating around out there too. I've added the races for the season to the list there.
