There is a training series going on up in Ketchum on the following dates.

Sun Valley Area training
I'm looking for cross training ideas (routes) and/or partners in August in the Sun Valley / Ketchum / Hailey area. Won't be around for the season (as I live in the UK and am just visiting) but would love to cut loose if anyone is up for pre-season cross training.

Cyclo Cross Training
Get a hold of me. I live in Hailey. Right now we are just riding some trails and the Harriman Trail on the Cross bikes, but in August a few of us like to begin some barrier work and interval work over at the High School.
