Season Ending Part, Eagle Island Awards and SICS Awards Party

Hello all,
We will be holding a season ending awards party at the Sportszone at Qwest Arena again this year. It will be on Tuesday December 9th from 6 PM - 9 PM. There will be food and drinks available for purchase. I will let Brad G explain further or give out any other details.

Season Ending SICS Party December 9th
That's right folks, December 9th(Tuesday) at the Sportszone Restuarant located in Qwest Arena from 6-9pm! Join all your cross racing friends for the second annual SICS awards party. Once again this will definitly be a family friendly event so be sure to bring the entire family out for a fun filled evening. Doors will open at 6 pm for food and beverages with the awards celebration starting around 7 pm.
The 'zone' will offer a limited menu of select items that will include a couple of healthy options. Beverages will be available on a cash basis including soft drinks, beer and wine and of course plenty of mixed drinks.
If you didn't attend last years party, you missed a great time. Plan on being there this year. We'll call it a year end party vs. a retirement party for CXer!
The Sportszone Restaurant is located on the third floor of Qwest Arena, located adjacent to the Center of the Grove. Entrance to the 'Zone is available via the elevator in the lobby of Qwest, or by walking up the stairs to the third floor. The best parking is located just across the street in the parking garage. That's the garage where the 'skinny' building is being built.
Come on out for a season ending opportunity to hang with your racing buddies and enjoy a fun filled evenening the entire family will enjoy. If I forgot something please let me know. As SWICA Manager so eloquently stated, your dealing with the oldest living man on two wheels here!

Big G. and company did a great job at the SWICA party so come out and have a great time with your fellow "dirty crossers". Yummy cookies, tastey food and good brew.
A projector and laptop to show off Tami Reeds awesome photos would be a big plus.

Season Ending Party Next Week!!
Don't forget that our Season Ending Cross Party and Awards Ceremony will be next Tuesday night. (December 9th) Details are contained in the forum below. Brad S can get reminders out to all the clubs, but make sure you plan on attending. Awards for Sandy Point Series, Eagle Island Series, and the SICS overall series will be presented. Also, pictures taken by Tami Reed will be displayed on all the TV's along with Cross Videos from national events.

Big G. and company put on a great feed so make sure to attend this shindig! It will be a good time for sure and the cookies and beer will make those of us getting our winter insulation ready closer to our goal (exclude those tough juniors).
Supporting this event is as important as any race so come on out and if you have a kilt or short skirt, be sure to wear it !
