2009 Southern Idaho Cyclocross Series

The SICS will be given a face lift for the 2009 season with new venues, courses and vendors. This year the SICS, sponsored by Physio and Sedexo, and organized by Broken Spoke Cycling, will be providing a 6 race series kicking off with Boise Cross presented by Georges Cycles in early September that will guarantee racers and spectators with UCI legal courses, new venues, a couple of the traditional venues (Eagle Island, Sandy Point, Toys for Tots), food and beer vendors, and much much more. We are shooting for a few high quality events to ensure the Southern Idaho racers have top notch competition to get them ready for Bend Nationals!

We are currently developing the final sponsorship document and series details and will have it available for potential sponsors in the next couple weeks, which will be in need of to pull off this event. If you are interested in more details or have venue suggestions, want to be involved, etc. please contact Jody White (jody.white@clearwire.net). In the next month we will have a website developed with all the event details. Stay tuned for details as our location permits are reviewed by the city of Boise and other land management groups.
